A village less than an hour from Manchester has launched a festive art trail celebrating businesses and artists local to the area, as well as championing the beauty of the region.
Glossop, located on the edge of the Peak District, unveiled their ‘Love Glossop Winter Art Trail’ on Saturday, which coincided with the Christmas light switch on at Norfolk Street.
The art trail, commissioned by Glossop Creates, includes 24 local business windows on the high street, which have been paired with local artists to create a town centre exhibition incorporating Glossop as the outdoor gallery.
