A teenage boy was taken to hospital in a serious condition after he was hit by a car in Stretford.
The 14-year-old was crossing Edge Lane, near to the junction with Cromwell Road, at around 7pm on Saturday (January 22) when he was hit.
Police say they believe the car was a white Mercedes.

The driver is said to have stopped at the scene, but then left a while after.
Officers are appealing for information on the collision. Anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage is advised to get in touch with police.
A GMP spokesperson said: “ We are appealing for information after a teenage boy was seriously injured in a collision in Trafford.
“At around 7pm on Saturday 22 January 2022, the 14-year-old was crossing Edge Lane, near the junction with Cromwell Road, when he was involved in a collision with a car - believed to be a white Mercedes.
“The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene but left a short time later.
“Officers are appealing for anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage from the area at the time.”
