A man has been charged with murder after a man was found dead in a block of flats in Salford.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident on Adelphi Street just before 5.30pm on Saturday (June 25). They were initially called to reports of concern for the welfare of a man.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation was launched.

The victim has today (June 28) been named on official court lists as David Toulson, 40. James Johnson has been charged with his murder.
The 28-year-old appeared Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today (June 28). He was remanded into custody for a further hearing at Manchester Crown Court on Thursday.
Police said previously that the victim's next of kin had been informed of his death. A GMP statement said: "James Johnson has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Manchester Crown Court on Thursday 30 June 2022. At around 5.25pm on Saturday 25 June 2022, we received a report of concern for the welfare of an individual at a property on Adelphi Street, Salford.
"Emergency services attended and a man, who has since been formally identified as 40-year-old David Toulson, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene."
