Tina O'Brien made a rare interview appearance amid her dramatic Coronation Street storyline.
The actress, who is best known for playing Sarah Barlow - nee Platt - in the ITV soap, appeared on This Morning on Friday to chat to hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary. Right at the start of the interview, Alison said the presenting pair were 'privileged' to have Tina in the studio as she doesn't do 'that many interviews.
"You don't normally do daytime and we're the people that you came to," Alison said, clearly delighted with their latest interview signing.

"I absolutely love watching you two," Tina replied. "Proper fangirling right now," she added before Alison, 47, had to make a confession.
"It's lovely to have you. I did give Tina a little hug before and I have left my mark... I do apologise," the host said as Tina turned to show that the shoulder of her pink blazer had been covered in makeup.
Stroking the patch of foundation and other beauty products, Tina, from Rusholme, said: "I'll cherish it forever," as they laughed and Alison added: "That's just for you."
Alison and Dermot, 48, then cracked on with their interview quizzing the soap star on her time on the cobbles having joined the soap 16 years ago and facing a whole host of storylines. They included her infamous teenage pregnancy, being driven into a canal by her serial-killer step-dad, and when she even helped bury the body of local bad boy, and her former flame, Callum under her floorboards.
However, fans couldn't help but comment on how Tina, who first joined Corrie in 1999 when she was 16 but took a seven-year break in 2008, doesn't appear to have aged.
