Planning permission has been granted to convert a former solicitors office block in Trafford into more than 100 new apartments.
Alexander House, located on Talbot Road in Old Trafford, will be converted into 110 apartments following the sale of the 10-storey building by Savills. The site, which was formerly used by a firm of solicitors, also has pre-application feedback for a rooftop extension and a new build development in the rear car park for around 30 additional units.
The property marks the sixth office building sold for residential redevelopment in the Trafford Borough by Savills within the last four years - showing a surge in demand for property in the area.
