Data from top exchanges indicate that about 15% to 20% of all the users are students and in the 18-20 year age group. The number of students trading and investing in cryptocurrencies has jumped up to six times at the top exchanges when compared with last year — or for that matter even a few months ago. Data from the exchanges also indicate that about 30% of all the students investing in cryptocurrencies are either engineers or have a technology background.
