A vigil paying tribute to a young woman who died after reportedly being stabbed in Manchester city centre is due to take place this weekend.
Elinor O'Brien was found unresponsive at a property in Great Northern Tower on Tuesday 16 August by paramedics, and later died in hospital from her injuries. A man has been charged with the 22-year-old's murder and is due to stand trial next year.

A close friend of Ms O'Brien has also launched a gofundme page to help towards funeral costs and to give Elinor the 'send off she deserves.'
