The North's legendary 80s festival is making a come-back in Macclesfield this summer

Rewind Festival is getting ready to take music lovers on a wild trip back to the 80s, with a line-up of the decade's biggest stars and their greatest hits.

So adorn your neon leg warmers, back-comb your hair and put on those cheetah print leggings as you get ready for a party like no other.

Making a special appearance at the show will be none other than Holly Johnson and his hit-packed catalogue of songs, such as Two Tribes, Love Train, Relax, Power of Love, and many more.

Also joining the event will be the show-stopping group The Human League, who have had five albums, 15 top 20 singles and sold over 20 million records worldwide.

Festival-goers can expect to hear nostalgic songs such as Don’t You Want Me, Mirror Man, (Keep Feeling) Fascination, Human and Tell Me When from the band.

But the celebration doesn't stop there.

Other incredible artists performing at Rewind Festival 2022 in Macclesfield include Kim Wilde, Level 42, Sugarhill Gang, Heather Small, Musical Youth, The Doctor, Slim Jim Phantom, and more.

Rewind Festival 2022 will be taking place at Capesthorne Hall from Friday, August 5 until Sunday, August 7.

The festival is delighted to have joined forces with Greatest Hits Radio for the 2022 event.
