A teenager who was attacked with blade in Blackpool on Friday night has been rushed to hospital with stab wounds to his buttocks and finger.
Emergency services attended the scene on Grosvenor Street in the seaside town following reports of an assault. A 16-year-old boy was found with slash wounds to his buttocks and finger.
The attack took place around 10:20pm on July 22. When police arrived, the teenager was taken to hospital where he was treated, LancsLive reports.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "We were called to Grosvenor Street, Blackpool, at approximately 10.20pm on Friday night after reports of an assault and public disorder.
"A 16-year-old male at the scene suffered slash wounds to his buttocks and to a finger. He was taken to hospital for treatment. Enquiries are ongoing into the incident. Any information, please ring 101, quoting 1543 of July 22, 2022."
The incident was one of four in the area last night, prompting police to issue a dispersal order giving officers extra powers to direct groups to leave an area if they are involved in ASB or other public disorders.
Up until 3am on July 23, the following areas were issued a Section 34 Dispersal Order: Junction of Talbot Road and Devonshire Road, Down to the Junction of Talbot Road and Cookson Street. Junction of Cookson Street and Church Street. Junction of Church Street and Devonshire Road, Back up to the Junction of Devonshire Road and Talbot Road.
