Robinhood Markets is launching a beta version of its cryptocurrency wallet in January, the trading platform announced Wednesday.
After months of fine-tuning the new feature during the October alpha testing, Robinhood is now ready to move to the beta phase, which will be available to more users who want to sign-up.
«While alpha focused on a small batch of customers and 1:1 engagement, beta will roll out to tens of thousands of customers,» Christine Brown, Robinhood Crypto COO said in a tweet.
Brown also revealed common user feedback gathered from its alpha phase, which included additional clarity around gas fees and increased user security.
