It's been a big year for EcoFlow. The brand has been making waves in the portable power station market with a range of devices that blend big capacity with fast charging and outright practicality.
And I've been lucky enough to test some of their biggest hitters, including the remarkably capable River Pro and the absolute leviathan that is the Delta Max.
The Delta range is part of their high-capacity, high-power line-up and three models make up the line-up in the UK, the Delta Mini, the Delta Max and the Delta Pro.
But EcoFlow has just launched the Delta 2, which introduces the second generation of the range, and bundles in some tantalising new tech.
Portable power stations can charge and power an array of devices, from a laptop or a drill to a kettle or hair dryer. They're charged either from a mains supply, from a 12v charger, or from a solar panel.
Among the things that makes the EcoFlow range stand out is its expandability, with ports for adding in supplementary batteries, and its fast-charging capability, and the Delta 2 picks up those batons and runs with them. But I'll get to that.
Weighing in at 12kg it's also lighter than most of the current Delta range, but it retains the familiar design and still packs in a plethora of connection methods.
You've got four conventional USB ports, two of which are high-powered, two USB-C ports, a 12v cigarette lighter socket, and four three-pin, 240v AC sockets.
The AC sockets are capable of powering devices up to 1,800 watts, but the trademark X-Boost system returns that will let you hose out a remarkable 2,400w from its built-in inverter.
