A new start date has been announced for Gary Neville's much-anticipated St Michael's project in the city centre.
The former Man United star has been involved in plans for the scheme off Deansgate, which has been plagued by setbacks, for more than a decade.
In July, his property firm Relentless formed a joint venture with US investor KKR to deliver the first phase, a nine-storey office block.

This is to be built on the site of the former Bootle Street police station.
It emerged the original plan to transform the Neoclassical station into a five-star boutique hotel had been scrapped in September.
