A heart attack survivor claims he has been forced to live in a damp-ravaged council flat for the last three years.
Craig Clarke, 52, fears his living room ceiling, which leaks during heavy rain, could collapse "any second".
He first complained in December of 2018 after water first began seeping through - just months after a new ceiling had been fitted.

After repeated attempts to raise his concerns with Stockport Homes, which manages properties on behalf of the council, he still says nothing has been done.
Craig has been unemployed since suffering two heart attacks and undergoing a major operation, where a stent was put in his artery.
