Katie McGlynn was a green goddess as she headed out on the town with her best friend. The former Coronation Street star cut a zesty figure in her lime-coloured shorts and blazer coords as she enjoyed night out at Albert Schloss for Lee Bennett's 29th birthday celebrations.
Katie, 28, from Rochdale, looked chic in her suit teamed with chunky black boots. Wishing Lee a happy birthday on her Instagram she shared a picture of the smiling pair together as she wrote: "29 never looked so fine #birthdayboy #twistedsisters #gbf."

Katie, who played the much-loved character Sinead Osbourne in Corrie from 2013 until the machinist tragically passed away after fighting cervical cancer in 2020, showcased her new blonder hair after going brunette for her role as Becky Quentin in Hollyoaks.
The star, who before Corrie played pupil Scout Allen in the BBC One Rochdale school drama Waterloo Road, has been embracing brights in her wardrobe of late. Last week she was flooded with compliments as she appeared on the chat show Lorraine in a hot pink blazer and trousers with orange lapels.
Katie has been inundated with support as she recalled the death of her grandad Denis while sharing her support for the charity Prostate Cancer UK. She revealed how her family have been affected by the disease with her beloved grandad dying two weeks before she was given her audition for Corrie.
