Google Cloud and Polygon Labs partner for Ethereum scaling

At the Consensus 2023 conference, Polygon Labs and Google Cloud made the announcement of a multi-year partnership with the intention of developing and improving the tools and infrastructure associated with the Ethereum scaling protocol.
