If you're an ice cream lover then you'll no doubt have heard of Frederick's. The family-fun run business makes luxury Italian ice cream that attracts customers from far and wide.
While long queues regularly form outside its cafe on the A6 in Chorley, it's sold at other places too - like at The Pavilion in Mesnes Park, Wigan. It was there that we travelled to sample its newest creation, made especially for the Queen's Jubilee.
Its launch has already caused somewhat of a stir on social media, with customers all saying the same thing - that it looks like Aquafresh toothpaste.

That may well be and I'll be honest, next to some of the other tempting flavours on display, it wouldn't have been my first choice, or even my fourth for that matter. Not when it's competing against classics such as mint choc chip and the ever-popular salted caramel.
But in the name of research I gave it a go and I was so glad I did.
With raspberry ripple and bubblegum sauce embedded in the luxury vanilla ice cream, it was like an explosion of childhood memories in my mouth. It definitely gets the royal seal of approval from us.
It won't be around forever, but for now you can get it in store and in one-litre takeaway tubs.
You can get all sorts of toppings for your ice creams too, from mini eggs and fudge flake, to sherbet and crushed Maltesers.
