Former Voyager Digital CEO Faces Fraud Charges Amid CFTC and FTC Crackdown

The complaint details a scheme where Ehrlich and Voyager misled customers about the platform's safety and financial health. To achieve these returns, customer assets were pooled and loaned as «loans» to high-risk third parties.
