Police have confirmed a man has been found dead in a Salford apartment block courtyard this morning (October 11).
Emergency crews rushed to the scene at 8.20am this morning to Adelphi Street, on the banks of the River Irwell and adjacent to Salford Meadow, to the Adelphi Wharf complex. Paramedics were on-scene first, and in turn, contacted GMP, the Manchester Evening News understands.
Following the police’s arrival, a forensics tent was set up around the scene, and officers in white suits could be seen conducting enquiries around the courtyard. Their activities included using equipment mounted on a tripod, and filming the exterior surroundings of the building.
