A cocktail-inspired ice cream and sorbet shop is becoming a permanent vendor at the thriving Sale Foodhall.
Artisan specialists A Few Scoops will be joining the Stanley Square base in Sale from Thursday (February 3).
The parlour will offer a wide selection of sundaes, sorbets and milkshakes alongside scoops of their now-traditional boozy ice cream with flavours such as Espresso Martini and Pina Colada.

A Few Scoops also promises brand new creations made especially for Sale, with scoops of ice cream served alongside locally-made cones by the Antonelli Brothers, who are based in Eccles.
The menu will include sundaes incorporating ice cream with warm brownies, sugar waffles and cookies alongside boozy shakes featuring White Russian and Cherry Bourbon flavours.
There will also be a range of alcohol-free ice creams and milkshakes on offer too.
Since launching, A Few Scoops has made a name for itself touring Greater Manchester in a baby pink tuk tuk called Jolene and a bike nicknamed Dolly.

To celebrate their arrival, A Few Scoops will be giving away a free scoop of ice cream in a cone between 5-7pm on Thursday.
On Saturday (February 5), the ice cream store will celebrate Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day with a range of breakfast ice creams from 9am.
