The UK Foreign Office have confirmed they are in contact with police in Manchester following the disappearance of three children from Wythenshawe who are believed to be with their dad.
Khalid Aljehani, 8, Aasiyah Aljehani, 6, Maimunah Aljehani, 4, were last seen by their mother Dawn Daley when the children's dad came to pick them up from her home on July 30.
Police confirmed they received a missing person report on August 10 from Ms Daley, who claims her former partner failed to return home with the children on the agreed date.

Ms Daley said the children's father was due to take them to Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire, but when she went to collect them from his house last Wednesday, she found nobody at home.
Greater Manchester Police have since launched an investigation, with enquiries to find the three young children said to be "ongoing." The force said they believe the children are with a family member, which Mrs Daley believes is their father.
The M.E.N can now reveal that the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) are involved in the investigation.
An FCDO spokesperson said: "We are proving assistance to the family of three children who have been reported missing and are in contact with Greater Manchester Police."
In a statement provided on Monday, a spokesperson for GMP said: "On the 10th August 2022, police received a report that three children aged 8, 6 and 4 were missing from their home in Wythenshawe.
"The children are believed to be with a family member. Enquiries are ongoing to trace the whereabouts of the children."
