A woman with cerebral palsy said she said burst into tears after a pub 'made a complete show of her' and refused to serve her.
Joanne Deiger claims staff said she was 'acting drunk' due to her condition causing slurred speech, the Liverpool Echo reports.
She said she felt 'ashamed' and had sleepless nights over the incident, which happened at a pub in her local area in October 2018.
The 51-year-old was born with the neurological condition and battles muscle weakness, difficulty walking and issues swallowing on a daily basis.
