A father has been left 'fuming' after his plans to spend Christmas with his family were scuppered when Boots lost his PCR test before his flight.
Nick Baggs was due to fly out to Thailand at the end of November to visit his girlfriend and children for the festive season.
However his plans took a drastic turn when Boots, from whom he purchased a 'Fit-to-Fly' PCR test, lost the kit - leaving him stranded.
The disappointed father-of-two said his children burst into tears when he told them what had happened, Bristol Live reports.
