You probably wouldn't have a clue without moving there - but there's a residential square in the middle of Salford with its own private internet company.
Tucked away just off Chapel Street, and opposite the university and museum, you almost don't expect Fire Station Square to exist.
"There was no fibre supplying the square. We were cut off from the rest of the street because the square has got nothing around it. BT or Virgin weren't going to come anytime soon.

"So we thought we might as well do it ourselves," said Harry Gray, one of the directors of the internet company Pink Rhino Ltd, who lives on the square.
Today, the square boasts its own gigabit fibre
